With a vast range of marquee sizes in our warehouse, we are able to accommodate your marquee needs from small parties to marquees for grand occasions, holding up to 1000 guests. Along with our marquees, we can provide carpeted flooring, chairs, tables and heating.
We specialise in themed marquees for Arabian and mendhi nights, we can arrange your marquee hire, with Dance Floor, Staging, full Marquee Draping with Authentic Moroccan and Indian seating, cushions, bolsters, mattresses and low wooden carved tables.

It is great for us to have as much information as possible at the beginning of any project. At this stage we can give you an idea of cost and begin to understand your vision and what you want to achieve.
Once you have chosen your marquee venue it is important for us to arrange an initial complimentary site visit. This allow us discuss ideas in more detail, gathering as much information as possible to ensure we understand your vision. We use this time to assess the area, highlighting any potential issues and offer solutions. It is also a great opportunity for you to meet our team members and ask questions.
It is important for us to achieve the marquee design and style that you envisage while using the space available effectively. We will create a rough floor plan detailing the layout of your marquee. This gives you an accurate representation of how the marquee could look and work practically allowing you to you to picture the process every step of the way.
Once you are happy with the ideas and designs proposed by us, we will send out a confirmation invoice for the order, to kick start your exciting journey for the events planned. This document includes event details, final cost and our terms and conditions.
It is time for us to start setting all our wonderful plans into motion. At this stage there are generally small changes such as guest numbers, type & quantity of equipment and tweaking other small details. You may also decide to opt for additional services that we offer such as décor where again we can help plan and create floorplans and propose ideas to suit your requirements.
The day has finally come to build the marquee for your big event. At Outdoor Events, we understand that every client and venue have different time constraints, so we pride ourselves on being as flexible as possible when it comes to pitching and removing our marquees. Ideally, we like to pitch our marquees two to three days before your event and our team can take down a marquee in a similar time frame.
After the build is complete it is time for you to enjoy your big day! We take great pride in making sure there is no stone unturned, finishing your marquee just the way you dreamed it.
